Not only is Guitar Hero 2 a spectacular game (Ask Craig, he beat me at it everytime the other night) theres already a Guitar Hero 3 in the line according to Gamespot. The multiplayer modes of the second game are just excellent fun, even though my hand hurt after fretbashing for a few hours, it was still a wicked time to be had. I’m glad to see that an unofficial site has gone up, for the third entry of the game. It consists of a giant ‘petition’ to get the fans favourite songs in the game. Although the site features some great ideas and I would totaly love to rock out to most of those songs (Tenacious D! - they gotta include ‘em). I really don’t believe that RedOctane will introduce all of these songs in one game. They are defintely planning on stringing this franchise out as long as possible, and heck, I would do the same. There are a lot of good songs on the second entry in the game but, I wouldn’t say every song was an instant classic like in the first game. I think I just need to give it some more time though.
