UPDATE: Oops, turns out that the news is false due to Nintendo having incorrectly listed the feature on their website. Thanks go to Daniel from Opera for getting in touch.

For those of you looking for a cheap alternative to mobile internet look no further (good luck getting a gsm signal with it however). The DS Browser released here ages ago finally sees a release over in the states on June fourth.

One of the major down points with the application was the lack of flash support which made accessing the internets 50% less enjoyable what with the more modern video heavy climates of browsing.

With the American version of the application you can now access flash applications on the DS, something which definitely brings up the value of the cartridge what with sites like YouTube and Peekvid taking up a lot of peoples time.
